Intercepted delivery

Yesterday I ran into Carrie in McNeal . . . she was looking for Kristin so she could deliver Jenny's journal to her. I intercepted the delivery and gave the book to Kristin in class. Seems like yesterday was the day of "Ange Delivers". Maybe I could make a business, sort of like Simon did. This also got me thinking about messenger bags, and how they started cropping up in the past 5 or so years . . . Funny, because we aren't really delivering anything, yet are we so "on the move" that we feel like messengers? Or delivery people? I don't know. I'm about to have a stressful meeting at work, so I can't think straight. Cut me some slack.

Glad you got it!

Hope your presentation went well.

And I was glad to drop it off. The ride on the campus connector gave me a chance to catch up on some phone calls. I hate to be the annoying girl on the bus who bares her personal conversations to the public ear, but this time of year is crazy and it's all I can do to let my friends that are not in school know I am still alive!

Maybe the next exchange can be in class on Thursday?

And thank you for coming to my place the other day to get the first round.

Hey Kristin,

if all goes well, I will see you at Lori's at probably about 6 oclock.

I will be on bike or campus connector, so it is just easier if I could meet you at school!

If I am late, I will call and I could just leave it for you at McNeal. Do you have a mail box there?

gracias, carrie; found the house no problem, then took a spin around the neighborhood to spy on my ex's old house. hehe. looks the same, but no sign of him. i always liked that little area.
5:45 sounds fine; i'm actually in mcneal for class at 6:15pm, and usually not before (i beat the meter maids and cheat the sysem). if you want to leave it there, that's fine, or my house is just down larpenteur about another mile (behind the theater), or you can make a cache under a pine tree at mcneal, since i'd be coming right over. Hey! I know. I can be at Lori's coffeehouse on Cleveland Ave/Buford St. right on the corner of campus, say from 5:45 to 6:08pm. that work?

I'll get the book from you and then walk to class.

Kristin

Hey Kristin,

I hope you found the house ok. I take it you did cuz the journals are no longer there....

have fun with them.

laura had not yet gotten the next journal when I saw her yesterday. I should get it from her today and if all goes well I will bring it over today after class (at 5:45ish) if you are still around.

Where should I leave it at McNEal?

have a lovely day,
carrie
